The EMBA curriculum at S P Jain School of Global Management is very thorough and methodical. It effectively bundles 32 knowledge-providing modules, which hone a person’s skills widely. The modules complement the skills and techniques required by a person to facilitate complex business problems and mold an executive into a general manager. This program has been an enriching experience and I have been able to develop and improve my leadership skills, academic learning as well as consultative learning. There has been an advancement of behavioral enrichment and I have gained adequate knowledge on the diversified ethnicity and cultural backgrounds, by working with groups of peers of different gender, age and skills. The faculty is highly knowledgeable and are excellent industrial professors coming from real business backgrounds. The faculty here is a perfect mixture of learned academicians with the necessary skills of business leadership.
The Executive MBA program at the SP Jain School of Global Management is a highly demanding course and a high level of physical and mental engagement is required in it by each individual who chose to enroll in this course. The last 20 rigorous months in this program has been highly resourceful and enriching for me and I sense a kind of transformation within me for the better
With a holistic understanding of the complex and vital subjects, I am able to utilize the academic learning in practical use through pragmatic actions. There is always an expectation to get a boost in my career; after all it is highly important that a post graduation degree should bring value to the business.
I have gained a lot of knowledge in the past 20 months and the base module has helped me to fine tune my approach in becoming a global business leader. The specialization in Finance and Marketing has helped me to move ahead in the right direction and to become an expert of subject matters. I have also received the Blue Ocean Certification. The group projects and assignments have helped me to enhance collaborations with important people and industries.
Every class at the institution was “new” for me as I learned various things in each class. I thoroughly enjoyed each and every moment of this process of receiving my Masters of Business Administration degree. The journey has certainly not stopped for me and I am gladly looking forward to the convocation ceremony.
